职位概述/Position Summary：

-质检员负责确保泵类产品（零件、组件、成品）的尺寸、几何精度及质量符合技术规范（如蓝图、公差标准），涵盖从原材料入厂到成品出厂的全流程检验。The -Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the dimensional and geometric accuracy and quality of pump products (parts, assemblies, finished products) conform to technical specifications (e.g., blueprints, tolerance standards), covering the entire process of inspection from raw material entry to finished products leaving the factory.

主要职责/Principal Activities

1、 执行多种复杂检验任务，涵盖接收、在制、成品及装配的各类尺寸、类型和品种的零件和泵。 Perform a variety of complex inspection tasks covering parts and pumps of all sizes, types and varieties received, in-process, finished and assembled.
2、对泵零件进行高精度和复杂几何尺寸测量，发现并记录超差情况。根据需要，针对新产品或改进产品提出测量方法和流程的新思路。 Performs high precision and complex geometric measurements on pump parts, identifying and documenting out-of-tolerance conditions. Propose new ideas for measurement methods and processes for new or improved products as required.
3、按要求对在制品、首件或成品进行检验，完成所有必要的尺寸测量并确保符合公差要求，核实所有加工和检验流程已完成并记录。决定接受、拒收或暂扣物品。Performs inspections of in-process, first article or finished product as required, completes all necessary dimensional measurements and ensures compliance with tolerances, verifies that all machining and inspection processes have been completed and documented. Determines acceptance, rejection or suspension of items.
4、对可通过常规量具检测的属性进行最终检验，提出流程改进建议并启动纠正措施。 Performs final inspection of attributes that can be tested by conventional gauges, recommends process improvements and initiates corrective action.
5、编制与检验/测试相关的各类报告，记录物品的接受或拒收情况，并根据既定质量程序提出处理建议。Prepares various reports related to inspection/testing, documents acceptance or rejection of items and makes recommendations for disposition in accordance with established quality procedures.
6、在适用情况下，同时执行多项无损检测任务（具体由主管决定）。Performs multiple NDT tasks simultaneously when applicable (as determined by
supervisor).
7、依据蓝图、图纸、工单、采购单或其他信息数据，检验各种粗加工、半精加工和精加工零件、组件及总成，确保符合严格公差要求。进行划线操作，完成所有检验准备工作，检查表面、角度、圆弧、孔、轴、槽等特征以及外观是否符合规范。Inspects a variety of rough, semi-finished, and finished parts, components, and assemblies based on blueprints, drawings, work orders, purchase orders, or other informational data to ensure compliance with tight tolerances. Performs scribing operations, completes all inspection preparations, and inspects surfaces, angles, arcs, holes, shafts, slots, and other features, as well as appearance, for conformance to specifications.
8、操作CMM（三坐标测量机）、编写检测程序，校准量具。Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), prepare inspection programs, and calibrate gauges.
9、接收进厂铸件，核对装箱单、采购单以确保规格、名称、数量、证书等无误。记录明显缺陷或材料损坏并通知相关人员。按要求进行标识标记，填写所有必要的接收文件，将工单与任务匹配并分拣工艺路线表。确认证书有效性，在每日清单中记录收货信息并录入系统，释放订单。维护接收记录和档案。 Receive incoming castings, check packing lists and purchase orders to ensure that specifications, names, quantities, certificates, etc. are correct. Record obvious defects or material damage and notify appropriate personnel. Performs identification marking as required, completes all necessary receiving documentation, matches work orders to tasks and sorts process route sheets. Verify validity of certificates, record receiving information in daily manifest and enter into system to release orders. Maintain receiving records and files.
