Position Overview/职位概述

NPD Structural design engineer (NPD) play a key role in driving innovation and developing new products. This role requires strong technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to ensure products meet performance, quality and cost expectations. 新产品结构设计工程师在推动创新和开发新产品方面发挥着关键作用。这个角色需要强大的技术专长和协作精神，以确保产品满足性能、质量和成本预期。

Key Responsibilities/主要职责

1、Drive the end-to-end New Product Development process, from ideation, conceptual design, prototyping, testing, to final commercialization, supported by NPD project managers, generate design concepts and conduct feasibilities studies.在NPD项目经理的支持下，推动端到端的新产品开发流程，从构思、概念设计、原型制作、测试到最终商业化，生成设计概念并进行可行性研究。

2、Perform detailed design activities including Hydraulic & structure integrity and reliability and develop 2D/3D drawings.执行详细的设计活动，包括液压和结构的完整性和可靠性，并开发2D/3D图纸。

3、Build and test prototypes to validate product performance, operationality and maintainability. 建立和测试原型，以验证产品的性能、可操作性和可维护性。

4、Perform extensive tests (lab, functions, endurance) to assess product efficiency and reliability. 进行广泛的测试（实验室、功能、耐久性），以评估产品的效率和可靠性。

5、Validate compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ISO), marine classification requirements, and local regulations. 验证符合行业标准（ASME， API， ISO），船舶分类要求和当地法规。

6、Develop production tooling and fixtures for manufacturing trails and mass production. 开发生产工具和夹具，用于生产试验和批量生产。

7、Crate Bills of materials (BOMs), manuals and all design related documentation or reports. 创建材料清单（BOM），手册和所有设计相关的文件或报告。

8、Monitor product performance on site and collect customer feedback. 在现场监控产品性能并收集客户反馈。

9、Ensure products meet technical specifications, performance benchmarks, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. 确保产品符合技术规格，性能基准，法规遵从性和质量标准。

10、Implement design cost principles to optimize cost efficiency and production scalability. 执行设计成本原则，以优化成本效率和生产可扩展性。

11、Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and methods to increase innovation and efficiency. 推动流程、工具和方法的持续改进，以提高创新和效率。

Required Qualifications/所需的资质

1、At Least 6+ years of experience in product development, design, or
R&D roles in the industrial rotating equipment or pump industry. 至少6年以上工业旋转设备或泵行业产品开发、设计或研发经验。

2、Proficiency in CAD tools, preferable Siemens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Office application. 熟练使用CAD工具，如Siemens NX， SolidWorks, AutoCAD和Office 软件。

3、Knowledge Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structure design and stress

analysis. 了解有限元分析（FEA）用于结构设计和应力分析。

4、Familiar with international standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, FCI, EN,
ASTM, NACE, API, PED, etc. 熟悉ASME， ANSI， DIN， FCI， EN， ASTM， NACE， API， PED等国际标准。

5、Have knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and SAP and ERP systems. 了解产品生命周期管理和SAP&ERP系统。

6、Knowledge of casting material, grade, pattern design, and engineering materials with their properties & heat treatment processes. 了解铸造材料、牌号、图案设计和工程材料及其性能和热处理工艺。
