Make sure the product quality meet the product standard; Be expert of GMP and AIB.​

Supervise people to exactly implement the safety/quality standards and production techniques;​

Maintain the equipment running and check the equipment timely;​

Production with maintenance knowledge and skills. Be responsibility of daily maintenance of production line.​

Check and control raw material drawing procedures;​

Make sure smooth handover by shift;​

Complete related reports in time;​

Ensure production area keep clean;​

100% do performance evaluation for employees;​

Keep the employees on shift under discipline;​

Facilitate the AM activities implementation and involvement

achelor degree and major in Food science and engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering;​Above 5 years food manufacture industry experience;​At least 3-year production management experience;​Have more enthusiasm and fast learner.​Good command of English in written & spoken
