About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Software Engineerto be our key liaison in Europe. This role is critical in bridging our headquarters with the European market, ensuring the successful launch, operation, and growth of our medical device software application. You will start as an individual contributor with a hands on approach, evolving into a team leadership position as our overseas business expands. You will be the voice of our European users, driving data informed decisions to optimize the product and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist headquarters in developing and executing the overseas operational strategy for our medical software App.2. Foundation Building: Manage foundational operational and data management tasks during the early stages of the product launch in the region.3. Team Leadership (Growth Path): Build, lead, and mentor a local technical team in the mid-to-long term to support scaling operations.4. Product Optimization: Conduct continuous analysis of the App's performance, providing structured feedback and actionable recommendations for improvements in functionality, technology, UI/UX, and system stability.5. Technical & Escalation Support: Provide expert-level support to local customer service teams and distributors for resolving complex technical and user issues.6. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze backend data to support root-cause analysis of customer complaints and to identify opportunities for enhancing user satisfaction and product experience.

Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Medical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates majoring in Computer Science or other related fields are eligible for internship training.2. No requirement for work experience; experience in software product operations, data management, medical devices or regulated software products is preferred.3. Strong understanding of overseas medical device software regulations, user data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and user behavior analytics.4. Proven proficiency in data analysis and data mining techniques; high competency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in cross-cultural collaboration.6. Fluent English is a must for effective communication with headquarters and local stakeholders; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.7. Experience working in multinational projects and teams is a bonus.8.
