1.Provide installation, after-sales maintenance, technical support, etc. for
medical equipment sold in the international market;
2. Provide technical training and professional
guidance to foreign users and agents;
3.Answer overseas customers’ after-sales questions timelyand provide technical guidance (By email, phone, online chat tool, video, remote, etc.) ;
4. Produce English technical documents and troubleshootingvideos;
5. Collect customers’ improvement requirements for Tecom products and report them to relevant departments.JobRequirements:
1. Unified recruitment of undergraduates or above in biomedical engineering, medical devices,electronic science and technology, computer science and technology, mechanical design and
automation, automation and other majors.
2.Be goodin English listening, speaking,reading and writing. Applicants with experience in overseas after-sales service or medical testing equipment will be given priority.
3. Strong service awareness, communication and coordination, and willing to accept challenges.
4. Proficient in office software, various chat tools and Internet tools.
