岗位职责
1.evelop plans and strategies to gain and develop customer revenue and to expand the customer base in the country. Developing a strong customer base (Potential, prospects and active customers) and have full hands-on follow up to develop the list and improve the overall sales department numbers;
制定计划和策略,以提升客户收益并扩大国内客户群。建立大的客户群(潜在客户、潜在客户和活跃客户),并进行全面的实际跟进,以完善客户名单并提升部门整体销售业绩;
2.Meeting with customers on daily basis to present products in best way to bring on board more business and effect in sales department performance. Front line sales force with customers;
与客户进行日常会面,展示产品,从而带来更多业务并提升销售部门业绩。与客户一线销售人员沟通;
3.Develop timely and accurate forecasts (volume and spend) for accounts and revise throughout the year. Manage and penetrate customers at all levels and develop relationships with accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives;
制定及时准确的客户预测(销售量和支出),并全年进行修订。管理和渗透各级客户,与客户建立良好关系,从而实现计划和目标;
4.Internally, has day-to-day interaction with colleagues from the sales team, customer Accounting, Customer Support Executive, Furthermore with Ground Operations at station to ensure that the Regular customer gets the required service;
在公司内部,与销售团队、客户会计、客户支持主管以及地面运营部门的同事进行日常互动,以确保常规客户获得所需的服务;
5.Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions;such as resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
领导和管理客户演示和提案,确保对服务期望和解决方案达成共识;例如,解决客户在销售和服务方面的投诉;
6.Establish customer agreements and ensure and that pricing guidelines are always applied and profitability targets for customers are met. Ensure that customers' prices are reviewed on regular basis and whenever any discrepancy arises between actual and promised volumes a re-negotiation takes place;
起草客户协议,确保始终遵循定价指南并满足客户的盈利目标。确保定期审查客户价格,如实际数量与承诺数量出现差异,则应重新协商;
7.Identify, gather information about competitors' on selling strategies, positioning and product specifications to investigate the quality and efficiency;
识别并收集竞争对手的销售策略、产品定位和规格信息,以调查其质量和效率;
8.Monitor credit issues and liaise with the Customer Accounting Department and be aware of issues with no payment and take action where necessary to ensure outstanding money is collected as per the customer payment terms;
监控信用问题,并与客户会计部门沟通,了解未付款情况,并在必要时采取行动,确保按照客户付款条款收取未付款项;
9.Daily capture of customer contacts into the CRM tool and required reporting/presentations internally;
每日将客户联系方式录入CRM工具,并在内部进行必要的报告/演示;
10.Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management.
完成部门管理层要求/分配的任何其他职责。
任职要求
1. Education: Bachelor and above;
学历:本科及以上;
2.Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
优秀的英语沟通能力(必备)。
3.Above 3 years' sale experience with Cross-border logistics, Cross-border E-Commerce Parcels, E-Fulfillment Business and International Freight Forwarding and Air Freight(has experience in Middle East is preferred);
3年以上跨境物流、跨境电商小包、转寄仓业务以及国际货运代理或空运销售经验(有中东地区经验者优先);
4.Familiar with the sales market of freight forwarding and air freight export, and the e-commerce market situation;
熟悉货运代理和空运出口销售市场以及电商市场行情;
5.Can do and go getter attitude,good relationship management and development skills,and good negotiation skills.
积极进取,具备良好的客户关系管理和拓展能力,以及谈判技巧。
6.Creative thinker, flexible, adaptable to changing conditions.

薪资福利:底薪15-20K +业绩提成 (双休)
