岗位职责:

1.Establish cell-based in vitro evaluation methods to assess the biological activity of compounds.

2.Participate in the entire process of cell line construction projects, including CRISPR-mediated gene editing and the generation of stable cell lines via lentiviral infection.

3.Participate in cell line validation, develop and validate relevant experimental methods (e.g., CTG, TPD, RT-qPCR, Western Blot, FACS) tailored to different cell lines. Proactively explore cutting-edge new technologies, methods, or tools.

4.Conduct functional experiments using standard passaged cell lines or genetically edited cells to validate the degradation effects of PROTAC molecules and investigate their mechanisms of action.

5.Accurately and timely complete laboratory notebooks in both Chinese and English. Prepare experimental reports in both Chinese and English.

6.Participate in the daily operation, maintenance, and instrument management of BSL-2 laboratory.

任职要求:

1.Master

s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related biological science field.

2.Proficient in molecular and cell biology techniques such as electroporation transfection, lentivirus infection, TPD, CTG, NanoBRET, PCR, RT-qPCR, Western Blot, FACS, etc.

3.Proficient with standard Office software. Familiar with common biological data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Prism). Capable of independent experimental design and result analysis.

4.Strong Chinese and English written communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend scientific literature in English fluently.

5.Ability to work independently and solve problems. Strong communication and coordination skills, team-oriented, and collaborative.
