Position Title: Design Team Leader

Responsibilities
1.Anticipate and ensure that all necessary packaging inputs (marketing data, legal warnings, guidelines) are made available on time
2.Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Quality, Sourcing) and external stakeholders (French Designers, Buyers)
3.Assign files to the design team and monitor artwork delivery timelines
4.Understand packaging guidelines and ensure that the flow follows expected rules and formats
5.Organize the artwork validation process:
Liaise with the French Designer, Buyer, and Quality team to collect final approvals
Track the artwork confirmation process step by step
Maintain an organized folder structure and keep packaging records updated
Be the key point of contact for packaging workflow between sourcing, design, QA, and French teams
Requirements
1. Strong organizational and coordination skills
2.Fluent in English (spoken and written)
3.3+ years' experience in project coordination, packaging, sourcing, or merchandising
4.Basic understanding of packaging/artwork processes (no design work required)
5.Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management skills
6. Confident communicator able to work with cross-functional and international teams
