1．职位描述 Brief description of the position:
1.1 根据PEP，从VFF到EOP，分析并实施措施解决质量问题，优化白车身结构和稳定性，实现全车和白车身质量目标。 构建、重新设计和优化预批量和特种车的质量，以实现预系列构建计划并实现公司战略目标。
According to PEP, from VFF to EOP, conduct analysis and implement measures to resolve quality problems and optimize body-in-white structure and stability, to achieve whole vehicle and body-in-white quality Targets. Build, rework and optimize the Quality of Pre-series and Special cars to achieve the Pre-series Build Program and meet company strategic goals.
2．岗位职责Key Tasks:
2.1 分析预批量与批量生产中车身和装配匹配问题的原因，确定并实施短期/返工和长期解决方案，确保实现产量和质量目标
Analyze causes of matching problems in Body and Assembly in pre-series and series Production, define and implement short-term/rework and long-term solutions to ensure Production Volume and Quality targets are achieved.
2.2 根据工厂质量控制需要，进行匹配问题监控，制定预防措施，减少和预防系列问题。 Carry out matching problem monitoring and develop prevention measures based on factory quality control needs to reduce and prevent series problems.
2.3 按照Bemousterungs的要求，对CP7零件和组件进行装配试装配（EBV）和首批匹配质量。对CP7零件进行CP5白车身软装配，控制CP5与CP7零件的匹配。Conduct Fitment Trial Assembly (EBV) and first batch matching quality for
CP7 parts and assemblies as required by the Bemuesterungsprozess. Conduct CP5 Body in-white soft assembly of CP7 parts to control CP5 to CP7 part matching.
2.4 设计和制造样品辅助工具（如3D打印的BEMI）和原型零件，以支持分析并确保满足生产装配工艺和质量要求。Design and manufacture sample auxiliary tools (e.g. 3D printed BEMI) and prototype parts to support Analysis and to ensure that Production Assembly Process and Quality requirements are met.
2.5 根据工厂设备管理要求，检查和维护装配车间以及试制车间设备中的装配和尺寸相关的生产设备（装配辅助工具），以确保稳定和尺寸准确的生产，满足质量要求，并确保设备可用性满足批量要求。Inspect and maintain Fitment and dimensionally relevant Production equipment (Fitment Aids) in the Assembly Shops as well as Pilot Hall Workshop equipment as per factory equipment management requirements to ensure stable and dimensionally accurate production that meets quality requirements and ensure equipment availability to meet volume requirements.
2.6根据新项目原型需求计划进行工艺装配（PAB）试生产。
