Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking talent responsible for managing the operation requirements of Business Systems which includes verifying and maintaining data integrity, monitoring performance, generating reports and ensuring security protocols are met. The System Administrator will coordinate with key business partners on system related needs (Including Workforce Management Users and Global Business Technology Systems).
Responsibilities include:
• Provide day to day support of Business System to include (but not all inclusive):
 Manage or assign incidents and trouble tickets according to service level agreements
 Following issues to resolution or handoff
 Appropriately escalate issues to Management
 Respond to client requests for information
 Partner with technology team to monitor system performance
 Influence timeliness and completion of data interfaces
 Provide on-call support according to published calendars
• Partner with Training and Communication teams to develop content of system materials and ensure the Operating Guides and other User Guides are maintained to reflect current system configurations and functionality
• Manage system security access according to SHDR & WDP&R compliance regulations. Perform regular audits to ensure access is provided only to those with a business need to know
• Communicate system issues according to departmental guidelines. Communicate end user issues and recommend enhancements influencing outcome with key partners
• Ensure current inventory if test scripts is maintained, including documentation of expected results. Develop testing plans in support of defined release milestones. Prepare testing, training and communication templates to document changes
• Lead the execution of coordinated testing between multiple application and ensure testing resources (including test environment) are available and have an understanding of expectations and timelines
• Understand current computing environments vs. emerging technologies vs. future technology roadmaps to improve and streamline existing process and solutions.
• Be mentor to junior team members providing career development advice and inspiring creativity and innovation.
• Develop new knowledge, document, and share with teams in the organization.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Information Systems, Finance, Human Resource Systems or Payroll
• Minimum 7 years of relevant systems support, help desk, training, or other computer related experience.
• In depth technical understanding of PC platforms and up-to-date experience on Service Desk and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience in service provision, preferably in a multi-functional services support environment.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office and common software applications support.
• Hands on experience on assembling PC.
• Experience and ability in handling confidential and politically sensitive information discretely and appropriately
• Familiarity with automated scheduling and time recording systems
• Demonstrated strong partnering and influencing skills with the ability to work with leaders at all levels to coordinate team efforts
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Ability to form creative solutions to solve difficult, complex problems
