Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time English instructor to deliver bi-weekly English conversation classes for our employees. The class focuses on free sharing and discussion around specific topics, aiming to improve staff’s oral English communication skills in a relaxed interactive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

1. Host bi-weekly English conversation classes, guide employees to freely share ideas and discuss given topics, maintain a positive interactive class atmosphere.

2. Timely correct employees’ pronunciation, grammar and expression errors during communication, offer professional and easy-to-understand feedback.

3. Design targeted pre-class & post-class learning sessions (e.g. topic-related vocabulary preview, expression polishing exercises) to help staff consolidate learning outcomes.

4. Adjust class topics and interaction modes appropriately based on employees’ English level and learning needs to ensure practical and effective learning.

Requirements

1. Native English speaker is preferred; excellent oral English proficiency, standard pronunciation, fluent expression and clear logic in guiding discussions.

2. Experience in oral English teaching or conversation class hosting, good at motivating learners to speak up and interact actively.

3. Patient and responsible, able to provide targeted correction and guidance for learners at different levels.

4. Flexible schedule, able to attend bi-weekly classes regularly.

5. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in adult business English teaching or corporate internal training.

Working Arrangement

- Frequency: Bi-weekly (once every 2 weeks)

- Duration: 2 hours per session

- Time: Friday Afternoon
