2. Be responsible for the collation and proofreading of the customer's entrusted documents, the entry of the account, the settlement of fees and other related work;
3. Master the business situation of the company's customers, provide high-quality services to customers, and maintain a good cooperative relationship;
4. Complete the customer or assist other employees to complete the customs inspection, loading supervision and other on-site operations;
5. Have good communication and adaptability, assist customers to complete communication and interpretation with the customs, and deal with abnormal emergencies to meet customer needs;
6. Obey the work arrangement of the supervisor and assist in the emergency work of other posts.；
7.Adapt to business trips within the Suzhou metropolitan area.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in customs declaration and international freight, logistics management, international trade is preferred;
2. More than two years of operation experience in air and sea freight import and export related freight forwarding business is preferred;
3. Outgoing, lively and cheerful, good at communication and strong expression ability.
4. Have excellent communication skills, be optimistic and enterprising, work hard, bear hardships and stand hard work, have strong pressure resistance, work carefully and have a strong sense of responsibility.
