The Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) plays an important role in enabling the bank to operate within its risk appetite, by ensuring efficient and effective risk and control management.

The BRR achieves this by providing operational risk and control expertise, conducting high quality reviews of the bank's control environment, conducting end to end control assurance reviews on key controls, maintaining robust risk governance focused on material risk and issues, and evolving a culture of continuous and consistent risk management.

1. Lead the customer due diligence quality assurance teams for Private Banking Asia.
2. Engage with key various business leaders and risk stewards to ensure meeting of customer due diligence stage.
3. Perform independent, post approval process, that tests and reviews quality of client profiles against internal policies and established procedures in the customer due diligence and client tax reporting standards spectrum.
4. Oversight and monitor assessment of financial crime risk / client tax reporting risk associated with customers.
5. Reinforce internal procedures to uplift the testing standards and quality.
6. Review and support development of the quality assurance model.
7. Project and manage resources demand for both onshore and offshore teams.

1. Experience in undertaking anti money laundering / know your customer reviews within a financial institution.
2. Working knowledge of anti-money laundering, compliance and controls within the banking and financial services industry.
3. Minimum of university degree.
4. Ability to work professionally with all levels of staff and management.
5. Sound judgment, keen sense of urgency, and high level of professional and personal integrity
6. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Internet Explorer etc.
