1.Manage the development and deployment of technical product capabilities and rationalisation of product functionality.
2.Perform effective stakeholder engagement and user interaction at all levels leading to informed and well-judged trade-offs and priority decisions to maximise business benefit.
3.Gain insight into customer needs and championing customer’s preferences in order to direct the product vision embedding latest technology ensuring product remains commercial.
4.Providing support in articulating the product vision of what is to be built, and convey that vision to the Agile software development team.
5.Clearly identify and describe product backlog items in order to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the product development team
6.Apply expected/agreed agile practices and ceremonies, and be advocate of the agile way of working, communicate/educate stakeholders and business.

1.Proven Product Management / Product Ownership experience in a complex global environment, preferably within the financial services industry.
2.Knowledge of transaction monitoring, preferably related to Financial Institutions monitoring / Correspondent Banking.
3.Proficiency in OKR, Design thinking, prototyping, iterative development, 4.Scrum, and Agile product development.
5.Strategic thinker with a Product mindset.
6.Strong Jira and Confluence experience.
7.Strong focus on DevOPS delivery.
8.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and cross functional teams without direct authority.
9.Proven ability to rapidly develop matter expertise in a range of technical and non-technical areas.
10.Results driven mindset with a proven track record to prioritize and deliver against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
11.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical matters effectively with senior leaders in Compliance and business sponsors.
