职位描述
岗位职责：
• 具备履行研究助理和研发工程师职责的经验与能力。
Demonstrate experience and aptitude in performing the duties described for Research Technicians and Scientists.
• 管理并指导员工和/或研发团队。
Manage and mentor employees and/or a research team.
• 监督团队员工根据既定安全标准安全操作。
Oversee the safety of their employees according to established safety standards.
• 开展支持CTK产品线的研究项目。
Develop studies that support CTK’s product lines.
• 严格审阅研究团队产生的数据与研究成果。
Critically review data and findings generated by their research team.
• 高效组织并主持研发内部及跨部门会议。
Organize and conduct efficient meetings within R&D and with other departments.
• 开展研发团队内部及跨部门间专业协作。
Professionally collaborate within the R&D team and with other departments.
• 掌握项目管理基本原则以确保项目顺利推进。
Understand basic project management principles to ensure successful oversight of projects
• 协助编制技术档案（CE认证、WHO预认证、FDA 510k等）以满足不同市场产品注册要求。
Assist in the preparation of technical dossiers (CE, WHO Pre-qualification, FDA 510k or others) to meet requirements for product registration in different markets.
• 定期研读与CTK现有及未来产品线相关的科学文献。
Periodically read scientific literature relevant to CTK’s current and future product lines.
• 评估新技术并判断其与CTK未来产品营销规划的相关性。
Evaluate new technologies and judge their relevance to CTK’s future product marketing plan.
• 建立并保护知识产权。
Establish and protect intellectual property.
• 在实证期刊发表学术论文。
Publish manuscripts in empirical journals.
• 出席内外部科学会议并汇报研究成果。
Attend and present findings in internal or external scientific meetings.
• 根据需要为销售团队及全球客户提供技术支持。
Provide technical support to sales staff and global customers as needed.
• 审核员工培训记录，确保岗位要求与工作表现被记录和更新。
Review personnel training to ensure requirements and competencies are documented and current.
• 对直属员工实施年度绩效评估。
Conduct annual performance reviews for all direct reports
• 汇报对象：经理、总监、副总经理
Reports to: Manager, Director, Vice President
任职资格：
优选学历及经验要求
Preferred Education and Experience
• 生命科学相关专业本科学历或具备同等专业资历+10年相关工作经验。
B.A. or B.S. in life science or equivalent + 10 years of relevant experience
• 生命科学相关专业硕士学历或具备同等专业资历+5年相关工作经验。
M.A. or M.S. in life sciences or equivalent + 5 years of relevant experience
• 生命科学相关专业博士学历或具备同等专业资历+2年相关工作经验。
PhD. in life science or equivalent + 2 years of relevant experience
• 3年及以上管理经验。
3+ years of management experience
• 英语流利，具备出色的口头及书面沟通能力，能自信地通过邮件、文件和团队讨论起草文件并表达观点。
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to draft documents and communicate ideas confidently in emails, documents, and team discussions.
