Responsibilities
岗位职责：

Ø Develop a strategy on a range of technical projects including new product development, process technology transfers, continuous improvement projects and capital upgrade projects.

制定一系列技术项目的战略，包括新产品开发、工艺技术转让、持续改进项目和资本升级项目。

Ø Involved in setting and supporting network strategy execution.

Ø Drive functional excellence, capability building, technical guidance, oversight, tracking and management of development and analytical issues across the product portfolio 推动部门精益化管理，提升产品的开发和分析问题的能力、部门人员的能力建设、技术指导、监督、跟踪和管理

Ø Standardization - define and set standards/ coordinate first time right execution 标准化--定义和制定标准/协调首次正确执行

Ø Build a strategy on effectively and efficiently using the manufacturing capacity
through developing synergies across regions and through an effective facility
and asset management plan通过发展跨地区的协同作用，并通过有效的设施和资产管理计划，制定有效和高效利用生产能力的战略

Ø Ensure proper programe prioritization, coordination and first-time right execution确保对计划进行适当的优先排序、协调和首次正确执行

Ø Own and is accountable for Techops/ E of ESG agenda在 ESG 议程上对 Techops/E 负责并承担责任

Ø Provide support for company’s inorganic growth activities, including Due Diligence and Integration. 为公司的无机增长活动提供支持，包括尽职调查和整合。

Responsibilities 任职要求：

Ø Bachelor and above degree, major in biology, chemistry, etc本科及以上学历，生物/化学等相关专业

Ø Related working experience 10years above至少10年以上相关工作经验

Ø English can be work language is a must, fluent in Listening and speaking. 英语听说能力俱佳，可以作为工作语言是必须项

Ø Proven leadership experience on running plant. 在运营工厂方面拥有丰富的领导经验

Ø Financial savviness 财务知识

Ø Strong Project management skills项目管理能力强

Ø Extensive understanding of pharmaceuticals manufacturing. 广泛了解药品生产

Ø Good command on quality requirements熟练掌握质量要求

Ø Understanding of fermentation processes了解发酵工艺

Ø Familiar with Engineering. 熟悉工程技术

Ø Business and/or quality certification业务和/或质量认证

Ø Experience in leading large investments in pharma 拥有领导大型制药投资的经验

Ø Having led operations as site head or nbr 2. 担任过现场负责人或 2 级领导

Ø Emerging market exposure. 接触新兴市场

Ø Being involved in Capa 参与 Capa
