OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the BOA BU GM, as a leader in this position, you will be the driver on the technical sourcing, suppliers’ development and management to ensure the KPIs and Customer’s needs are fully met.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical sourcing for the projects (like API, NPI…).
2. Driver on suppliers’ development, management and assessment for the better result on the performance.
3. Interaction & direct communication with the Customer on the technical sourcing and key suppliers’ management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Proven experience in SCM or similar role in an EMS company in mechanical & surface treatment industries.
3. Excellent on communication skill, project management and learning ability.
4. Good at written and verbal English
5. Available to travel on demand
6. Good skill of MS software

4.完成业务单元总经理分配的其他任务。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历；
2.在电子制造服务（EMS）公司的机械和表面处理行业中，拥有供应链管理（SCM）或类似职位的丰富经验；
3.具备出色的沟通技巧、项目管理和学习能力；
4.英语书面和口头表达能力良好；
5.能够根据需要出差；
6.熟练掌握微软办公软件。
