Job Description
1. Preparing materials and providing reception for daily visits to the base/laboratory;
2. Providing logistical support for the daily safe operation of the hub and administrative support for the logistical needs of the hub's faculty and staff;
3. Implementing safety management regulations for the hub, organizing training, and preparing inspection materials;
4. Handling reimbursements for the hub, tracking the budget, and processing purchase applications;
5. Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining internal and external communication;
6. Contacting internal and external units, responding to inquiries and requests from relevant departments;
7. Assisting in the recruitment/onboarding process of faculty and staff;
8. Assisting in coordinating activities, meetings, and other tasks related to the hub's scope of work;
9. Performing general assistant and administrative tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. At least 1-2 years working experience, preferably in academic institutions.
4. A strong team player with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
