Purpose of Role:
Be responsible for the execution of the purchase/sale contracts and daily logistics operations, support account managers for contract executions, and provide professional, high-quality services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently and accurately execute customer orders, in accordance with the company policies; Flawlessly input contract information in a timely manner; Updating and dealing with related orders changes timely, to ensure the data in system is effective;
• Arrange on-time delivery, timely update order status to customer
• Timely documentation for payment collection, LC knowledge is a must
• Monitor clients’ payment status to timely close the obligations
• Import and Export experience is required
• Maintenance of Contract order tracking & reporting
• Proper documents filing skills to meet company compliance requirements
• Any other assignment when required by the company to meet the business needs and development.

- 3~5 years working experience
- ERP system experience
- International Trading knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English
