• Provide manufacturing engineering support to sustain factory operations.

• Provide technical support to identify and execute continuous improvement projects in manufacturing.

• Carry out projects to improve manufacturing productivity, costs, and product quality.

• Support plant/infrastructure engineering design to meet strategic growth plans.

• Ensuring manufacturing processes meet desired safety and quality requirements.

• Identify, Specify & implement new equipment based on strategic growth plans.

• Analysis of production data to identify and resolve problems as well as to determine areas for improvement.

• Document processes through written procedures.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work with automated equipment.

• Ability to plan, execute and report on assigned projects.

• Experience working with external vendors (machine shops, OEM’s, etc).

• Experience with Lapping equipment and methods！

• Experience with the cutting and polishing processes of silicon carbide crystals.
