岗位职责:
Office Administration
84 Act as the primary point of contact for office facility-related issues, coordinating with vendors and building management for maintenance, repairs, and other services.
84 Manage the daily operations of the office to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
84 Manage and maintain office assets and equipment, including an inventory list, and coordinate the issuance and return of company properties.
84 Office support: handling in- & outgoing mail, transfer of incoming phone calls, reception visitors.
84 Coordination facility maintenance (cleaning, HVAC, security,), managing facility requests, managing the inventory, ordering office supplies and stationery. =
Indirect Purchasing
84 Handle the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services including request processing , delivery tracking and payment.
84 Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure high-quality products and services at competitive prices, maintaining positive supplier relationships.
84 Analyze purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and supplier consolidation.
84 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts, and assist in managing the company's procurement system to ensure compliance and budget adherence.
84 Implement the bidding process to ensure that the bidding results meet the requirements
84 Supplier (potential & active) information is updated and maintained in a timely way, and supplier information (normal &black block list) library is maintained daily
84 Maintain purchasing department form records regularly, identify and resolve risk points, and ensure chain integrity
职位要求:
84 Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
84 Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office administration and/or indirect purchasing role.
84 Basic understanding of procurement principles and vendor management.
84 Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
84 Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal staff and external suppliers.
84 Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with procurement software is a plus.
84 A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
