Mission/Purpose of the Job

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand. This role manages inventory levels, develops supply plans, and collaborates closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to balance supply and demand while optimizing working capital and minimizing supply disruptions.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead supply planning across short- and long-term horizons, translating demand forecasts into actionable plans.

• Optimize inventory performance (including sizing) to ensure availability while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, logistics, and sourcing teams to align supply execution.

• Monitor and improve key metrics including inventory turns, service levels, and on-time delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, systems, and inventory strategies.

• Support product lifecycle management, including new launches, phase-outs, and engineering changes.

• Manage inventory health, including slow-moving, quarantined, and frustrated stock, in line with divisional policies.

• Mitigate supply risks through proactive contingency planning and stakeholder engagement.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

Experience requirements.

• Over 3 years working experience in Foreign Invested Enterprise, with over 2 years in material or supply chain management.

• Be familiar with and rich experience relative to inventory management.

• Knowledge of ERP system, SAP as a priority.

• Excellent in Excel, Power BI,

Educational requirement

• The successful candidate has a bachelor’s degree or above.

• English is a must of working environment, both written and verbal,
