Main Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities and key competencies:

1. To be responsible to put all of the transactions/vouchers into accounting system properly, exacted and timely, in compliance with related rules and regulations

2. To perform open, fire and honest reporting of the accounting statutory statements under the monitory of AtR teamleader.

3. Provide meaningful and timely financial management information and interpretation;

4. Ensure that accounting and control standards are strictly adhered to, including responsibility for control and quality of financial reporting

5. To perform that all balance sheet accounts, including accounts payable & receivable, inventory and, fixed assets, re-charges to other companies, are reconciled on a timely basis and that they represent valid assets and liabilities, thus avoiding any unseen financial losses or audit qualifications

6. To be responsible for collection/preparing all of relevant documentations required by the auditors, and perform the adequate and effective internal financial controls under the directed of AtR teamleader.

7. Timely update finance process based on practice and to provide proactive interpretation and advice to Operations Management on the financial implications.

8. Ability and experience in the management and operation of manufacturing systems and procedures. A sound knowledge of SAP is preferred along with the ability to access, interpret and explain complex operational data is required.

9. To carry out special accounting projects under the close supervision of the AtR teamleader.

10. Developing working relationship with operations team

Promote trust amongst colleagues. Choose appropriate forums to challenge strategy and decisions. Once decisions have been taken, support decision both publicly and privately.


Skills / Knowledge / Experience


· Bachelor degree in Accounting.

· Good communication (spoken and written in both English & Chinese)

· Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office software, etc.

· Additional certification of CPA and ACCA is preferred. Knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.

· At least 5 years of work experience as the General Ledger Accountant in MNC (with the solid experience of cost accountant in manufaturing)

· Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation and project management skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner.
