Mission/Purpose of the Job
In conjunction with the Edwards’s rules and practices, support sales team to fulfil internal customers’ requirements and meet customers’ expectations within Edwards. Work with other related departments to ensure the success and the consistency of the company's objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Create Quotations
- Check CRM opportunities for new equipment sales before quotation
- Prepare normal quotations within 1 working days according to department SLA
- Ensure Edwards T&C'S are referred in quotation phase.
Order Processing
- Existing customer -100% correct order entry within 1 working days after receiving PO upon the correct approval procedure and availability of spec. file according to department SLA
- New Customer - 100% correct order entry within 2 working days according to department SLA
- Forwarder, ship-to account creation
- Ship-to address in Chinese System’s maintains and updates.
- Various orders creation with 100% correct, such as ZOR, L&E, ZDS&ZDI, ZKB, ZCC, etc.
- Customer Order upload in SAP without missing.
- SAP order changes
- Monthly order audit, checking points, and action required as well as follow up
- Documents (proforma invoice, packing list, LC documents, etc) to support customers & business requirements
- Customer complaint handling via CRM or Fracas
- Escalate and record any abnormal issues timely, proactively seek for solutions till it is closed
- RFQ create & Follow-up, MRF/CRF follow-up.
- Customer master format update.
- Job aid and procedure update.
Tax invoice sending
- Abnormal case follow-up.
- Monthly summary for tax invoice & Express sending out quantity and payment checking.
- Monitor and record performance for No, 3 market.
Training
- New job training or refresh training for systems (SAP, CRM, etc.)
- New job training or refresh training for related procedures or job aids
- Training for new projects, based on global timeframe
- Soft skill training according to personal development plan
Safety
- Attend weekly safety meeting
- Complete Traccess training & test timely
Others
- Kinds of reports support business requirements
- Back up of other colleagues

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- University or college degree with major in business, trade and equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and supply chain field, foreign invested company is preferred, Knowledge of import/export procedures, LC, SAP experience will be an advantage
- Fluent on verbal and written English, as well as hands-on knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint….), etc.
- Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
