岗位职责:
1.负责中东地区客户开发与关系维护,通过定期回访、产品培训及售后支持,促进订单转化与长期合作;
2.收集并反馈客户需求,协同国内团队优化产品方案与定价策略;
3.开展本地香氛市场调研,包括消费偏好、使用场景、竞品动态及新兴渠道,为国内团队提供决策支持;
4.策划并实施符合当地文化的营销活动,支持代理商/经销商共同推动品牌落地。
任职要求:
1. 具备外贸或B2B客户拓展与维护经验,有中东客户资源者优先,快消/香氛/奢侈品行业背景尤佳;
2.英语可作为工作语言,掌握阿拉伯语者更佳,精通商务谈判与市场分析;
3.深度了解中东市场与文化,能适应高频差旅(base广州,每月/隔月出差)

Business Development Specialist - Middle East Fragrance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for client development and relationship maintenance in the Middle East region. Promote order and foster long-term partnerships through regular follow-ups, product training, and after-sales support.
2.Collect customer feedback, collaborating with the domestic team to optimize product solutions and pricing strategies.
3. Conduct local fragrance market research, including consumer preferences, usage scenarios, competitor activities, and emerging channels, providing decision-making support for the domestic team.
4.Plan and execute marketing activities aligned with local culture, supporting agents/distributors in promoting brand localization.
Job Requirements:
1.Experience in B2B sales or export. Know Middle East clients? Even better. Background in perfume/luxury/FMCG is a plus.
2.Fluent in English. Arabic is a bonus. Good at negotiating and analyzing markets.
3.Understand the Middle East culture. OK with frequent travel (based in Guangzhou, travel monthly or every other month).
