Job Description(职位描述)
This role is responsible for driving international sales growth of vaccine products, expanding global market penetration, and managing key client relationships, with English as the primary working language and proficiency in one of Spanish/French/Arabic/Russian. Based in Changchun, it requires international travel to achieve business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Market Development & Execution
• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with global business goals, conduct market analysis including regulatory policies (e.g., WHO prequalification, local drug administration requirements) and competitive landscape.
• Identify new market opportunities through data-driven insights, design market entry plans for emerging economies, and lead pilot projects for product launch.
• Set annual sales targets, break down KPI to territory level, and adjust strategies dynamically based on performance tracking.
2. Client & Channel Management
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients (ministries of health, international procurement agencies, top distributors) via very good communication skills (English or second language).
• Manage international distributor network: conduct qualification audits, design incentive mechanisms, and provide product training to ensure channel efficiency.
• Negotiate high-value contracts, resolve cross-border business issues, and conduct quarterly client satisfaction reviews.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
• Coordinate with Changchun-based production/logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of vaccines, monitor cold chain logistics compliance for international shipments.
• Collaborate with regulatory/QA departments to accelerate product registration in target markets, provide market feedback for label updates and regulatory documentation.
• Work with marketing team to develop region-specific promotional materials and participate in international medical exhibitions.
4. Compliance & Performance Management
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to international trade regulations, local pharmaceutical laws, and company policies.
• Submit monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to global leadership, including analysis of cultural dynamics impacting business.
• Undertake 30-60 days of annual international travel for client visits, contract negotiations, and industry events.
