1. Document Management: with appointed external law firm consultant, prepare and archive legal documents. Ensure all documents are organized and accessible.

Requested Education and Experience Background教育背景和经验要求:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Administration, International Trade and related fields, plus three or more years of experience in Admin, legal, or commercial support roles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in multinational companies or cross-border contract execution and compliance.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terminology and relevant laws is essential for effective support.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other related software.

Possess strong integrity and hold a passion for detail-oriented work. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, are required. The candidate must demonstrate excellent command of both written and spoken English. The candidate must be proficient in document processing software and possess the ability to work independently while ensuring full compliance with internal processes.
