Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to MATL Trade Union (TU) committee
1. support TU chairman on daily TU works including assignments from upper level TU, , effective working relationship maintaining with parter TUs and upper level TUs; meeting scheduling, attend upper level TU meeting/training; coordinate with partner TU, TU benefit planning and implementing
2. facilitate committee member to accomplish TU affairs; TU events planning and implementing, uppler level TU visit logistic arrangements,
3. TU membership maintenance; TU members inquiry follow-up.
Be the back-up for other APRD Administrative Assistant during their annual leave.
Provide administrative support to team manager(s): calendar maintaining, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, managers’ expense reports preparation Provide administrative support to the team(s): new hire on-boarding preparation, exiting checkout process, morale events planning and implementing, VIP visit logistic arrangements, effective working relationship maintaining with all the other internal groups.
Any other logistics support works assigned by Business Manager

This position has frequent contact with all levels of Microsoft employees and managers as well as frequent contact with outside Trade Unions and suppliers.
Qualifications Recommended:
- University degree.
- 2-5 years of working experiences in the multinational companies will be a plus
- Ability to effectively implement and monitor moderately complex plans and schedules
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver good results; hardworking, quick response and action
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint preferred
- Good written, oral and listening English skills required.
- Good attitude, professional and careful.
