Team Assistant for GS RSU CN (Contractor人事外包合同)
Location: Beijing, Chaoyang District
Company/Department: Siemens Energy Co., Ltd. BJ Branch/GS RSU CN
Mode of Employment: Full time only
What are my responsibilities?
-Travel arrangement (hotel booking, etc.) for management and foreign visitors, Claiming reimbursement for team expenses (GEC & TEC)
  • Assist SE GS CN and SE FIN GS CN team in Beijing (around 60 members) to deal with daily administration (including shared folder and group mailbox maintenance etc.), and daily business support (e.g. meetings, business events, sales contract and PO tracking and archiving, etc).
  • Manage team demand of office supply, place purchase request in shopping system and ensure stock management to control the department office expenses (e.g. stationery application, distribution, and regular stock taking)
  • Office management, including working space, meeting room with well collaboration with Real Estate and EHS dept.
  • Support and facility arrangement for team events, team building, team training etc.
  • Internal and External Communication management (Dept./Group mailbox, Website, sharepoint, Yammer, Wiki, shared folder etc.)
  • Support on process of new employee onboard and employee resign
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • 3~5 years relevant working experience in international working environment
  • Fluency in written and oral English
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Word etc). VBA, Power BI, Tableau capabilities are strongly preferred.
  • High ability in problem solving and working under pressure
  • University degree or above, business administration majors are preferred.
