PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

Communicate with foreign customers or other freight teams to confirm the relevant details and requirements of import and export cargo.

Make relevant import and export shipping documents. Cooperate with freight forwarders to complete freight operation.

Complete all operations involved in ERP system.

Ensure timely, accurate and effective delivery management of customer orders.

Solve problems in the freight operation area.

Comply with company code of conduct, values, policies and procedures.

与国外客户或其他货运团队沟通确认货物进出口的相关细节和要求信息。

制作货物进出口所需的相关单据，并与货运代理协作完成货物进出口操作。

完成ERP系统中涉及的各项操作。

确保客户订单货运管理的及时、准确、有效。

及时解决货运环节中出现的各种问题。

遵照公司行为准则、价值观、政策和程序。

QUALIFICATIONS 资质要求:

Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or International Trading, or Trading English.

物流专业，国贸专业，贸易英语专业本科以上学历

EXPERIENCE 经验要求:

Over 2 years proven experience in logistics or Import and Export. Basic knowledge on supply chain of manufacturing industry. With work experience in foreign enterprises is preferred

2年以上物流或进出口实践经验，了解制造业供应链基本知识，有外资企业工作经验优先

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 技能和知识要求:

Excellent operation in Import & Export operation and Customs affair operation. Work independently.

Good at communication and teamwork.

Strong learning ability and strong mental endurance.

Ability to work under pressure, can withstand boring and repetitive work.

CET-6 or above.

Proficient in English reading and writing. working emails are in English language environment.

Good English listening and speaking ability. Telephone or conference with customers or other freight teams in English.

Proficient in common computer office software.

精通进出口操作和关务操作，可以独立完成全过程操作。

擅长沟通，注重团队合作。

学习能力强，心里承受能力强。

具备压力下工作能力，可以承受枯燥和重复性的工作。

大学英语CET-6及以上

英语读写熟练，日常工作邮件为英文语言环境。

有英语听说能力。与客户或其他货运团队电话或视频会议语言为英语。

熟练使用常用计算机办公软件。
