我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、具备战略思维的供应链管理人员,负责优化公司的供应链运作,确保供应链的高效、可靠和成本效益。该职位将负责管理供应链的各个环节,包括采购、物流、库存管理、供应商关系等,确保供应链能够支持公司的业务目标和客户需求。


主要职责:


1. **供应链战略规划**:


- 制定并实施供应链战略,确保供应链运作与公司整体业务目标一致。


- 分析市场趋势和供应链风险,制定应对策略。


2. **供应商管理**:


- 负责供应商的选择、评估和管理,确保供应商的质量、交付和成本符合公司要求。


- 与供应商建立并维护长期合作关系,确保供应链的稳定性。


3. **采购管理**:


- 制定采购策略,优化采购流程,确保物料和服务的及时供应。


- 监控采购成本,寻找降低成本的机会。


4. **库存管理**:


- 优化库存水平,确保库存周转率和库存成本的平衡。


- 实施库存管理系统,确保库存数据的准确性。


5. **物流与配送管理**:


- 管理物流和配送流程,确保产品按时交付给客户。


- 优化物流网络,降低运输成本,提高配送效率。


6. **团队管理**:


- 领导和管理供应链团队,确保团队高效运作。


- 提供培训和指导,提升团队的专业能力和绩效。


7. **数据分析与报告**:


- 使用数据分析工具监控供应链绩效,识别改进机会。


- 定期向管理层报告供应链绩效和关键指标。


职位要求:


1. **教育背景**:


- 本科及以上学历,供应链管理、物流管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。


- 持有供应链管理相关认证(如CSCP、CPIM等)者优先。


2. **工作经验**:


- 至少5年以上供应链管理经验,有制造业、零售业或相关行业经验者优先。


- 有团队管理经验,能够领导跨职能团队。


3. **技能要求**:


- 具备丰富的供应链管理知识,熟悉供应链的各个环节(采购、物流、库存管理等)。


- 熟练使用供应链管理软件和工具(如ERP系统、WMS系统等)。


- 具备出色的数据分析和问题解决能力,能够通过数据驱动决策。


- 具备优秀的谈判和供应商管理能力。

Job Overview:**


We are seeking an experienced and
strategically-minded **Supply Chain Manager** to optimize our supply chain
operations, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This role
will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics,
inventory management, and supplier relationships, to ensure alignment with
business goals and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Supply Chain Strategy Development:**


- Develop
and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s overall
business objectives.


- Analyze
market trends and supply chain risks to formulate mitigation plans.


2. **Supplier Management:**


- Select,
evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and
cost requirements.


- Build
and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers to enhance supply chain
stability.


3. **Procurement Management:**

Formulate procurement strategies and optimize processes to ensure timely supply
of materials and services.


- Monitor
procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.


4. **Inventory Management:**


- Optimize
inventory levels to balance turnover rates and cost-efficiency.

Implement inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy.


5. **Logistics & Distribution
Management:**


- Oversee
logistics and distribution processes to ensure on-time product delivery to
customers.


- Optimize
logistics networks to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery
efficiency.


6. **Team Leadership:**


- Lead and
manage the supply chain team to ensure operational excellence.


- Provide
training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities and performance.


7. **Data Analysis & Reporting:**


- Monitor
supply chain performance using data analysis tools to identify improvement
opportunities.


- Prepare
and present regular reports on key metrics to senior management.


Requirements:**


1. **Education:**


-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management,
Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM
(Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.


2. **Experience:**


- Minimum
5 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in manufacturing,
retail, or related industries.


- Proven
experience in team management and leading cross-functional teams.


3. **Technical Skills:**


- In-depth
knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory
management, etc.).

Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., ERP, WMS systems).


- Strong
data analysis and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven
decision-making.
