Job Description / 工作职责

• Work with ITG's factories and suppliers to continuously improve their manufacturing systems. This will include developing a quality assurance system.
  与ITG工厂及供应商合作，持续优化其生产体系，包括建立质量保证系统。
• Resolve failure analysis and quality issues by collaborating with suppliers (8D reporting coordination).
  通过协调供应商解决制造工艺和质量问题（主导8D报告分析）。
• Assist with factory audit activities.
  协助工厂审核活动。
• Conduct regular supplier quality surveys.
  定期执行供应商质量评估。
• Assist the supplier development team in conducting new potential supplier surveys.
  协助供应商开发团队对新潜在供应商进行审核。
• Provide technical training and seminars to customers and ITG sales team.
  为客户及ITG销售团队提供技术培训和研讨会。
• Implement NPI (New Product Introduction) for current suppliers.
  为现有供应商实施新产品导入（NPI）流程。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Bachelor's degree in science or electrical engineering. Associate's degree at minimum.
  理工科或电子工程学士学位，至少需大专学历。
• Over 5 years of experience in multinational OEM manufacturing, EMS, or PCBA industries.
  5年以上跨国OEM制造、EMS（电子制造服务）或PCBA（印刷电路板组装）行业经验。
• Candidates with experience in major US-based OEMs or CMs (Contract Manufacturers) preferred.
  有美国大型OEM或代工厂工作经验者优先。
• Attention to detail.
  注重细节。
• Strong statistical, analytical, and presentation skills.
  出色的统计、分析及汇报能力。
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  需精通英文和中文（书面与口语）。
• Team player.

• Proficient in cloud-based networks and MS Office.
  熟练使用云端协作工具及MS Office。
• Willing to travel to visit customers and suppliers.
