ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 基本职责
A.Overall responsible for new customer development;维护现有客户,新业务
- Existing customers relationship maintenance and business development现有客户业务的维护和开发.
- Quotation for business issues 任何业务的报价.
B.Overall responsible for new projects on time delivery;- Monthly KPI负责新项目准时和按时交付,此项为月度KPI；
- Work together with customer to set out project schedule and make sure implementation
- Call on project meeting on regular basis, report project progress timely定期召开项目会议汇报项目进度.
- Manage and control project budget make sure the quoted profit is implemented 控制项目预算,确保产品既定的利润得到实现
C.Overall responsible for BOM in time update and accuracy;确保BOM及时更新和准确；
- Make sure every items related to process of new project are maintained in BOM and update in time确保新项目生产环节的相关项目都维护到系统并定时更新,并及时下发.
- Update BOM of parts in production according to actual data in production. 和生产部一起定时更新在产产品的BOM
D.Responsible ECN . 全面引导和负责ECN的计划制定和执行
- Lead inner team to cooperate customer’s EC ,and make sure implementation做为公司内部引导工程变更的带头人,并确保工程变更的执行.
- Make sure cost issue are settled 确保有关成本,库存等经济事项关闭,无遗留问题造成公司的损失.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 职位要求
College degree or above; 大学或以上文凭；
3-5 years project management/tool design related working experience in automotive industry; 汽车行业3-5年的模具/工程相关工作经验；
Experience on successfully handling projects ; 项目管理工作经验；
Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin; 流利的英语和国语的交流、书写能力；
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,3D software). 良好的电脑技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,3D software）。

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES 个人能力要求
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability and work under pressure; 有较强的沟通技巧、问题处理能力和工作压力承受能力；
