Direct responsibilities:
● Issue purchase orders to external suppliers for indirect materials and services
● Ensure data accuracy and contract compliance in the purchase requisitions
● Resolve issues related to order management
● Assist in coordination/processing requests for supplier on-boarding and ensure fulfillment of requirements.
● Assure correctness of vendor master data and relevant purchasing data in various systems
● Provide support and training to the stakeholders in using various systems
● Ensure compliance to applicable Harman and Indirect Procurement guidelines, policies or principles, including signature and legal requirements, code of conduct, financial and SOX requirements
● Generate procurement reports from source systems (spend, transaction reports, etc.)
● Interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

What You Need
● Require a degree in Procurement, Business Services, Business Operation, Supply Management, Materials, or related field.
● 1-2 years Desired experience in supporting procurement activities
● English language fluency
● Good understanding of the P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Processes
● Basic understanding of the basic sourcing processes
● Excel and PowerPoint, Strong reporting and analytical skills to summarize large amounts of data
● SAP experience a plus
● Strong initiative and ownership of their area
