Duties & Responsibilities
●Develop automation software
●Provide design solutions for new automation requirements
●Debug and refine automation systems through prototype testing
●Research new automated software frameworks
●Provide on-site support for automation troubleshooting
Collaborate with other team members (mechanical/optical/electrical engineers etc.) to deploy automation
●Draft automation technical reports or white papers if needed

Qualification & Requirements
●Ability to use programming tools, such as C#, Python, C++, Matlab etc, familiar with multithreading programming
●Familiar with the use of serial ports, network ports and GPIB
●Familiar with commonly used visual algorithm libraries such as OpenCV, Halcon, and Visionpro is required. The ability to develop visual algorithms independently using OpenCV is preferred. Candidates with certain experience in evaluating and selecting visual lighting solutions are preferred
●Familiar with the use of common model motion control cards, the control of standard parts such as robots, and their combined application with cameras. ●Experience in high-precision visual guidance and alignment assembly projects is preferred
●Ability to hands-on and learning, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
●Strong learning ability, high autonomy and stable emotions are preferred
●Experience in the development of automated equipment is preferred
●Experience in Comsol or Ansys simulation is preferred
●Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
●Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment
●Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
