Duties & Responsibilities

●Responsible for writing and revising process documents, promote the standardization of technological process and operation process.

●Responsible for production and providing on-site technical support, to ensure smooth production process.

●Improve the technical process continuously and provide process support comprehensively.

● New Process Development.

●Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, and provide technical support and services for other functions.

Qualification & Requirements

● College graduation with bachelor's or master’s degree, Majored in chemistry, cleaning, material or optics.

●Proficient in English speaking and writing.

●More than 3-year experience in the optical industry, with cleaning experience preferred.
●Experience in process improvement and process problem solving.

●Familiar with office software and graphics software such as CAD, SolidWorks.

●Ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems, with innovative ideas and strong sense of teamwork.
