Duties & Responsibilities

●Develop automation software, focusing on machine vision systems

●Work on product design as well as the development of process, make sure the design has cost-effective and good performance to meet customer’s requirements

●Follow up the sample building and make the design/process improvement

●Conduct simulations (optical, mechanical, thermal stress, magnetic etc.) using tools like Zemax, SolidWorks and MATLAB etc.

●Prepare technical documentation (design reports, simulation analyses, SOPs etc.)

●Investigate cutting-edge products and technologies in fiber optics

●Monitor patent landscape and competitor products to identify innovation opportunities and trends

●Continuously expand technical expertise through research and training

Qualification & Requirements

●Education: Master of physics or optics, and above. PhD is preferred

●Skill: Skillful in tool softwares, such us Zemax, Matlab etc.

● Ability: Strong hands-on and leaning ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

●Those who are familiar with physical optics knowledge and have an understanding of the theory of passive optical communication devices will be given priority
