Duties & Responsibilities

• Research and development of Development and fabrication of laser combiner and coupler. Improvement of laser beam combiner yield and working time.

• Participate in or organize project groups, take technical analysis for market and customer demands, and complete feasibility analysis.

• In charge of the design, fabrication, and testing of product development.

• In charge of data classification & analysis and cost analysis in the project development.

• Solve the quality and technical problems and provide a comprehensive and professional analysis report.

• Apply the patent according to the requirements.

Qualification & Requirements

• Master

s degree or above.

• Major in Optics, Optical Engineering, Laser, Materials Science, Semiconductor, or other opto-electronics related specialties.

• Experience in the manufacture and development of counter pumped combiner and signal laser combiner.

• Proficient in English writing and speaking.
