Duties & Responsibilities
●Automated scheme design and drawing– 60%
Evaluate automation project requirements, provide the solution which includes raw materials, special fixtures and tooling, special accessories material and so on.
Carry out mechanical design according to the solution.
Design structural parts, draw engineering drawings, select automatic components, purchase components.
●Project management and equipment commissioning– 30%
Collect project requirement information.
Develop external automation suppliers.
Review design proposal.
Track project progress.
●Other – 10%
Be able to communicate effectively with production and quality departments and cooperate with the reliability work of product production.
Can continuously investigate and learn to improve new knowledge and technology
Able to guide assistant engineers in R&D and production support.
Qualification & Requirements
●Bachelor's degree or above.
●Major in mechanical automation，mechanical design, manufacture and automation, or other mechatronics related specialties.
●More than 8 years of working experience. Experience in non-standard automation equipment is preferred
●Proficient in mechanical drawing and structural design
●Proficient in Solidworks, EPLAN, capable of electrical principle design. Familiar with mainstream PLC programming; Familiar with the use and selection of various electrical components
