Job Summary:
职位概述：
Provides strategic and tactical direction to hourly
production and support staff employees in a manufacturing and assembly
environment. Plans and assigns work, enforces policies and procedures, and
recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures
and working conditions. Accountable for driving higher standards of excellence
in manufacturing high quality products in a safe manner while assuring on-time
delivery to customers, and for maintaining an environment of positive employee
relations in a team environment.
在制造与装配环境中，为计时制生产及支持人员提供战略与战术指导。负责规划并分配工作任务，执行政策与流程，并就生产方法、设备、操作规程及工作环境提出改进建议。需确保以安全方式生产高品质产品，推动卓越标准的提升，同时保障按时交付客户，并在团队协作环境中维护积极的员工关系氛围。
Principal
Responsibilities:

l Serve as a Leader of the Production
Operations.
担任生产运营部门负责人
l Responsible for overall
performance production group, including safety, quality, cost and output
schedule performance.
负责生产团队整体绩效，包括安全、质量、成本及产出进度达标情况。
l Responsible for coaching and
improving individual employee performance to acceptable standards, including
but not limited to workmanship, attendance, safety and job performance.
负责指导并提升员工个人绩效至合格标准，涵盖但不限于工艺水平、出勤率、安全表现及工作表现。
l Assures employees are
consistently being trained and developed so that talent is retained and
succession plans remove gaps in bench strength.
确保员工持续接受培训与发展，以留住人才并通过继任计划消除后备力量缺口。

Qualifications:
资格要求
l Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or other
applicable field required.
需持有工程、商业或其他相关领域的学士学位
l
Minimum
of 10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
至少10年制造业经验，具备监督管理经验者优先。
l
Possess
general understanding of applicable product design and manufacturing processes,
preferably in refrigeration technologies and semi automated assembly production
lines.
具备相关产品设计与制造流程的综合理解能力，熟悉制冷技术及半自动化装配生产线者优先。
l Lean knowledge and experience or related experience
精益生产知识与实践经验或相关经验
