职位描述Job Description：

1、制定项目质量计划并推进实施，进度延迟提前预警并升级；Create project quality planning and push forward the implementation,
any delay need to early warming and escalation .

2、项目及客户质量要求的识别与传递；Project
and customer quality requirement identified and transmitted

3、项目阶段DV试验清单，工艺清单，控制计划，初版过程检验指导书等文件的评审与发布；Review and release of DV test list，CP and
first version process inspection WI in project phase .

4、 对接项目移模工作，收集、汇总、解决产品试模问题，制定改善措施，推动质量问题改善。按期完成项目阶段所辖产品的ISIR/PPAP放行；Connect project mold transfer work, collect, summarize and follow up

product mold trial problems, formulate improvement measures, and promote
quality improvement. Complete the ISIR/PPAP release of responsible product
before SOP

5、ECR变更质量相关信息确认与传递；ECR Q-related information confirmation and transmission

6、项目阶段定期组织质量例会，推进项目重点质量问题的改进与提升；Organize regular quality Q-loop meetings during the project phase，push forward improvement of key quality issues

7、项目阶段质量问题处理与解决，并按时存档并输出经验总结；Quality issues solving in project phase，record
issues and create lesson learned in time.

8、每批次交付报告的收集与确认，项目交付质量状态统计及汇总，并发布交付质量报告；Collect and confirm the delivery inspection report, summarize
quality status per batch and release the delivery quality report

9、三坐标测量报告、试验报告的符合性确认；CMM report and test report template confirmation

10、组织项目阶段尺寸、外观样件与生产样件的制作；The dimension、appearance and production
samples creation.

11、量产前内部过程审核的策划，组织成立小组并审核，并参与客户审核的准备与迎审；Organize the audit team to carry out the internal VDA6.3 process
audit，prepare and participate the customer audit .

12、监控并推进达成项目质量目标；Monitor
and push the quality target achieved

13、参与量检具设计方案的评审；Support
the review of checking fixture design scheme;

14、与客户保持沟通，确保理解客户需求并转换成内部管理；Communicate with customer and make sure understanding the customer
needs and turn them into the internal management；

15、完成领导安排的其他临时工作；Finish
the temporary work arranged by leader.

任职资格Job Requirements：

1.大学本科以上学历，车辆工程、质量管理等相关专业优先； Bachelor degree or above, relevant majors are preferred;

2.五年以上相关质量工作经验，具有AQE经验，其中有奔驰相关项目经验； More than 5 years of
relevant quality work experience, having experience in the positions of AQE
(Research and Development Quality),including experience in Mercedes-Benz
related projects;

3.熟悉VDA标准、IATF16949质量体系、五大工具手册的使用； Be familiar with
VDA standard, IATF16946 quality system, five tools manual;

4.可使用英语作为工作语言，使用口语进行交流和回复邮件； Using English as the working language, able to communicate and
write email;

5.为人诚实负责，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 Honest and responsible, good communication and teamwork skills.
