1. 市场开拓

• 负责收集和整理锻件市场信息(主要针对油气行业、工程机械、轨道交通、造船等非风电相关行业),包含市场需求、竞争对手、市场趋势等,形成市场情报报告

• 制定并执行市场开拓计划,寻找潜在客户并建立合作关系

• 开展市场推广活动,组织参加行业展览、会议等

• 积极进行新产品推广,引导市场需求并提供相应解决方案


2. 客户维护

• 负责维护现有客户关系,建立稳定的合作伙伴关系

• 定期与客户进行沟通,了解客户需求和反馈,及时解决问题

• 根据客户需求,提供合适的产品和服务建议,提高客户满意度

• 跟踪客户订单,确保订单及时交付,并及时反馈客户订单进展


3. 销售管理和业绩目标实现

• 制定并执行销售计划,确保销售目标的达成以及应收账款的催付

• 定期分析销售数据,评估销售绩效,及时调整销售策略

• 负责编制销售报告,向上级汇报销售情况和存在的问题

• 不断提升销售技巧和知识,拓展销售渠道,提高销售额


4. 协调与合作

• 与内部部门紧密合作,协调处理与销售相关的事宜,确保销售订单的顺利进行

• 与供应商保持良好合作关系,协调供货及时性和产品质量问题

• 与其他销售团队成员共享市场信息和销售经验,促进团队合作


5. 销售行为规范

• 严格遵守公司的销售规章制度,遵循诚实、公平的原则从事销售工作

• 尊重客户和合作伙伴,保护客户隐私和商业机密

• 具有良好的职业道德和责任心,对客户提供准确、真实的产品信息


English Job Description


1. Market Development

• Responsible
for collecting and organizing forging market information, including market
demand, competitors, market trends, etc., to form market intelligence reports
(Mainly targeting non-wind power-related industries such as the oil and gas
industry, construction machinery, rail transit, and shipbuilding).

• Develop
and execute market development plans to identify potential clients and
establish cooperative relationships

• Conduct

marketing activities, organize participation in industry exhibitions and
conferences

• Actively

promote new products to guide market demand and provide corresponding solutions


2. Customer Maintenance

• Responsible
for maintaining existing customer relationships and establishing stable
partnerships

• Communicate

regularly with customers to understand their needs and feedback, and resolve
issues promptly

• Provide

appropriate product and service recommendations based on customer requirements
to improve satisfaction

• Track

customer orders to ensure timely delivery and provide regular updates on order
progress

3. Sales Management and Performance Achievement


• Develop
and implement sales plans to ensure sales targets are met and ensure payment
receivable collection on time.

• Regularly

analyze sales data, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies accordingly

• Prepare

sales reports to update superiors on sales status and existing issues

• Continuously

improve sales skills and knowledge, expand sales channels, and increase sales
volume


4. Coordination and Collaboration

• Work
closely with internal departments to coordinate sales-related matters and
ensure smooth order processing

• Maintain

good relationships with suppliers to coordinate timely delivery and product
quality

• Share

market information and sales experience with other team members to promote
teamwork

• Strictly

adhere to company sales policies and conduct business with honesty and fairness

• Respect

clients and partners, protect client privacy and business secrets

• Possess

strong professional ethics and responsibility, providing accurate and truthful
product information to clients


学历 (Education)‌:本科及以上学历,机械工程、国际贸易或相关专业优先‌Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

语言能力(Language)‌:有英语读写能力加分,但不强求。‌

Language: Having English reading and writing skills is a plus, but it is not mandatory.

经验(Experience)‌:3年以上锻造行业国内销售经验,熟悉环形锻件和锻造工艺,必须有国内锻造厂直接对客户销售工作经验(非风电之外的其他行业有客户资源者优先)。

More than 3 years of domestic sales experience in the forging industry, familiar with ring rolling and forging processes. Must have direct sales experience to customers in domestic forging factories (multiple industries connections except wind power are
preferred).
