1.根据质量体系要求及顾客详细要求建立和健全质量体系管理。
Establish and improve quality system management based on the quality system requirements and customer specific requirements.
2.对质量体系管理的符合性及有效性进行定期评审，逐渐改进及完善。
Regularly review the compliance and effectiveness of quality system management, gradually improve and perfect it.
3.在公司内部的各个层次进行有效的沟通，寻求其他部门的反馈和参与，以达到质量体系管理的逐渐完善，以及客户和内部管理目标的达成。
Conduct effective communication at all levels within the company, seek feedback and participation from other departments, in order to gradually improve the quality system management and achieve customer and internal management goals.
4.组织并确保按计划完成质量体系审核、过程审核、产品审核及其它相关的审核。
Organize and ensure the completion of quality system audits, process audits, product audits, and other related audits as planned.
5.对相关审核发现的问题组织制定有效的措施，并对措施的有效性进行验证。
Take effective actions for the finding from relevant audits, and verify their effectiveness.
6.完成部门领导交与的其它工作及任务。
Complete other jobs and tasks assigned by department manager.

资质要求 Qualification

1.持有IATF16949 or ISO9001 Internal auditor， IATF 16949 或ISO9001 内审员资质VDA6.3, VDA6.5 internal auditor， VDA6.3, VDA6.5 内审员资质；
2.优秀的英文听说读写能力，电脑操作能力，尤其是office软件处理能力；Good at English and computer operating skills , especially office software；
3.5年以上质量工作经验， 2年以上质量体系工作经验， 有高温学和探伤工作经历者优先。At least 5 years working experience in quality, at least 2 years working experience in quality system, experience in pyrology and flaw detection is preferred.
