主要职责
1. Import-Export Operations 进出口运营:
• Oversee and manage all import-export activities, ensuring compliance with Chinese customs regulations and trade laws. 监督和管理所有进出口活动，确保符合中国海关法规和贸易法律。
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. 与供应商、货运代理和海关经纪人协调，确保货物及时且经济高效地交付。
• Prepare and review necessary documentation for cross-border trade, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. 准备并审核跨境贸易所需的文件，包括发票、装箱单和原产地证书。
2.Third-Party Warehouse Coordination / 第三方仓库协调:
• Liaise with third-party warehouse providers to ensure efficient storage,
inventory management, and distribution of spices. 与第三方仓库供应商联络，确保香料的高效存储、库存管理和分销。
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records are maintained. 监控库存水平，确保准确的库存记录。
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of products in the warehouse. 确保符合食品安全标准，并在仓库中妥善处理产品。
3. Outbound Logistics / 出库物流:
• Plan and coordinate outbound logistics, including transportation and delivery to customers and distributors. 计划并协调出库物流，包括向客户和分销商的运输和交付。
• Negotiate with logistics providers to secure competitive rates and reliable services. 与物流供应商谈判，确保具有竞争力的价格和可靠的服务。
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any issues related to delays or damages. 监控运输时间表，并解决与延误或损坏相关的问题。
4. Invoicing & Documentation / 发票与文件管理:
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.监督客户发票的准备和签发，确保准确性和及时性。
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements.维护所有交易的准确记录，并确保符合财务和法律要求。
5. Others 其他
• Generate regular reports on operational performance, inventory levels, and logistics costs. 定期生成有关运营绩效、库存水平和物流成本的报告。

Qualification & Key Competencies 任职资格与核心能力
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 物流、供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food, spice, or FMCG industry. 至少 5 年运营管理经验，食品、香料或快速消费品行业经验者优先
• Strong knowledge of import-export regulations and customs procedures in China. 深入了解中国的进出口法规和海关程序。
• Proven experience in coordinating with third-party warehouses and managing logistics operations. 具备与第三方仓库协调及管理物流运营的丰富经验。
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 出色的组织和解决问题能力，能够同时处理多项任务。
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). 强大的沟通和人际交往能力，中英文流利（书面和口语）。

Working conditions工作条件
• Full-time role based in China, can be flexible between Shanghai/ Guangzhou
