The Role 
To enhance the Rochem reputation for excellence in our service to customers and in our relationships with our suppliers
To ensure Rochem’s business development activities result in securing the best quality materials with the best long-term agreements and commitments
Search, screen, and assist the regulatory/compliance team to qualify or develop suitable manufacturers throughout China for responsible sourcing projects.
Business negotiation including price, payment term, commercial agreement etc with suppliers to achieve long term competitiveness.
Keep regular communication with the manufacturers to maintain a good business relationship with secured company interest.
Accompany customer visit to manufacturers as assigned.
Assist in logistic for implementation and final resolution of purchase order to meet schedule, quality and cost objectives, as required.
Experience 
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
Negotiating experience in both English and Chinese
Demonstrable track record of follow-up and delivering on commitments
University degree
Good inter-personal skills

Desirable
Working experience in pharmaceutical, food or nutrition market sectors
University degree in International business, English or Chemistry
Established and maintained positive supplier relationships throughout China
Skills 
Able to manage projects and prioritize the workload
Adaptability and Flexibility – must be prepared to ‘get their hands dirty’ Highly professional in appearance and manner
Good analytical ability
An eye for detail but the vision to see the ‘big picture’
