Accountabilities:
- Assist Regional Director for internal management and activities, collaborate and work together with other colleagues within the department and conduct administrative support.
- Coordination with France HQ, and keep smooth and good internal collaboration and communication.
- Collaborate with other department assistant for company activities, coordinate company activity arrangement.
- Support and organization department meetings and social activities.
- Conduct data analysis and document tracking, general data report on a regular basis. Support with translation and interpretation when necessary.
- Monitor Budget in a monthly basis, and provide up-to-date information when required.
- Schedule management arrangement and administrative support, including air ticket booking, hotel reservation, appointment arrangement, interview coordination, etc.
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
- University Degree (Bachelor and above) from recognized institution
Skills:
- Good listening, speaking, reading and written capability in English
- Good ability to operate computers
- Good with data analysis
Experience:
- 3-5 years experience in related area
Competency:
- Be capable of appointed work, good communication and cooperation ability.
- Detail oriented
