Accountabilities:
- Lead the team to build and implement clear and strong Tibsovo promotion strategy and scientific platform.
- Lead the team to formulate clear and effective market strategies, based on the product life cycles and the opportunities and challenges accurately insight the in the market.
- Lead the team to complete the preparation and development of promotion materials for product according to different marketing channels and customer.
- Lead the team to build effective marketing campaigns, promote efficient implementation, and support the achievement of performance.
- Consistent with the company's 2030 strategy to ensure product strategy and build efficient strategic platform.
- To collaborate with the team and across departments, drive the planning and execution of product strategy and improve business performance.

- Identify and support cross-functional collaboration opportunities to ensure Tibsovo is successful and brand value be maximized.
- Works closely with GAMA/Commercial team to align the reimbursement/tender/distribution and listing issue of the products.
- Support RA team product life cycle management and new product launch.
- Works with finance, legal and compliance teams to ensure effective team budget management and project compliance system monitoring.

Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
- Life science or marketing education background
- Bachelor or above

Experience:
- Product line management experience in MNC pharmaceutical company
- 8+ years’ experience in marketing, at least 2 years team management experience preferred.
- Marketing experiences in Oncology field is must
