"Deliverable description:
• Create the schematic symbol and layout footprint according to schematic
• Maintenance the symbol/footprint library regularly
• Intime deliver BMS layout files and manufacture files including but not limited to Gerber, PCB datasheet, etc
• Create and maintenance the layout guidelines
• Update the schematic according to HW team member request
• Organize the layout review activities and maintenance the review comments
• Weekly work report
• Lesson learn summary on layout and schematic topics
• Supporting other HW activities, schematic update, testing, etc.
Position Requirement:
1.Fluently skills on Altium Designer
2.Components sch symbol and footprint library set up and maintenance
3.Fluent on PCB layout rules
4.At least 3 years on automotive electrical component layout, experienced on PCB layout upto 6 PCB layers, HV parts experience preferred
5. Familiar with SMT manufacture process and DFM for PCBA manufacture
6. Onsite in Hefei."
【工作内容】
- 负责电池管理系统（BMS）PCB电路设计与开发，确保符合产品性能及安全标准；
- 参与硬件方案设计、原理图绘制、PCB布局及信号完整性分析；
- 与软件团队协作，完成系统联调与测试工作；
- 编写技术文档，支持产品认证与量产导入。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，电子工程、通信工程或相关专业；
- 3年及以上BMS或汽车电子硬件开发经验，熟悉PCB设计流程；
- 精通Altium Designer等EDA工具，具备良好的电路分析能力；
- 具备较强的学习能力和团队协作精神，有汽车电子行业背景者优先。
