【工作内容】

- 负责电驱总成在整车环境下的性能测试与验证，确保产品符合设计及法规要求；

- 参与制定测试计划、执行测试流程，并编写测试报告与分析结果；

- 协同研发团队进行问题定位与优化建议，推动产品性能提升；

- 与供应商及内部部门协作，保障测试工作的顺利开展。

【任职要求】

- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化等相关专业；

- 3年及以上整车或电驱系统测试相关工作经验，有外资车企经验者优先；

- 熟悉整车测试流程及常用测试工具，具备良好的数据分析能力；

- 具备较强的责任心和沟通协调能力，能适应一定的出差需求。

• Vehicle Preparing

 Align with test owner on target HW&SW requirements;

 Work with VM colleague to place PiT order to achieve the requirements and car inspection; and align with workshop in-advance to ensure the work above can start and end in time as planed;

 Proceed inbound/outbound, or procurement for related parts;

 When PiT work start, track and coordinate with WS on it; and report progress to test owner;

 Double confirm test vehicle HW/SW situation when preparing work done; provided short test report to China test owner;

 Run the car to check equipment and date measurement; get demo measurement and share it with test owner;

 Following test car usage policy of company, arrange vehicle shipping and receiving between company and test place on planned date;

 To confirm PG access for planned test duration; to work on PG access for responsible car when necessary.

 SW / Coding flash

o To flash eATS/eDrive/Transmission/Powertrain SW or Variant Coding as required;

o Do adaptions, error cleaning and shorttest reading before and after flash;

o Document short test report and share on system.

• Vehicle Test Implementation

 Align tasks and required test cases with China test owner proactively before test, to get the required test cases;

 Before operation, it is essential to review and get to know steps, and pass criteria of each case (for unsure or unclear cases, clarify it timely and proactively with China and German test owner; note the clarified case instruction ). While, it is not a must to finish all cases’ reviewing before initiating tests; may start with reviewed cases.

 Finish test cases implementation (T1 license needed, possible to travelling to Proving Grounds), result analysis, and documentation before planned date; and update status on system timely;

 For non-pass cases, work with China test owner, to proactively drive issue resolution and communicate with German test owner to clarify possible next steps, and update the status on system; once any limitation, or any influence on release conclusions be confirmed, to document it, and inform China test owner and the team.

 To review and make sure all assigned test cases are conducted, measured and documented; approval with or without limitations (if any) are confirmed and given by test owners.

 Maintenance of the vehicle during test (do QT, charging, camouflage), trouble shooting if vehicle has any issue to block the test.

• Issue investigation

 Issue analysis, align with defect manager about the topic and execution the analysis on vehicle or dyno;

 Report and documents related executions and measurements to defect manager.
