Main Responsibility:
 Planning and organize test activities/events on request, including timeline synchronization, vehicle transportation, test route development, hotel booking, agenda creation and align with stakeholders, meeting organization, documentation etc.
 Fleet management on request, including booking process, vehicle check, maintenance planning, etc.
 Vehicle preparation before test activities/events according to BMW requirement
 Execution test activities/events on request, such as shift operation, validation/evaluation according to testing handbook, keep HW/SW up to date, status monitoring and documentation, coordination with process partners and escalation if necessary, etc.
 Issue pre-analysis/handshake with process partners, ticket creation with BMW system and follow up according to BMW process.
 Reporting in presentation and/or system according to BMW requirement.
 Support team leader for management topics.
 Support in audit related work.
 Other tasks on request.
 Business travel within mainland China on request.
Skill:
 Solid knowledge of validation test for chassis parts scope on total vehicle level
 Being proficient to use the INPA\EDIABAS\TurboLab is preferred
 Good verbal English
